Videography

 

Scope of Work

• Specialised videography or filming (Basic equipment package)

  • 1x Video camera

  • 1x Lens

  • 1x Shotgun mic OR Lavalier mic

  • 1x Tripod OR Gimbal

Rates

Up to 2 hours: $400
3 hours: $570
4+ hours: $170/hour​​​

​

​Notes​

• Transport claims to and from location are reimbursable (receipt-based).

• Additional equipment requirements will be quoted separately.​

• Above rates are for videography tagged with video editing services. Raw footage is not included in the deliverables unless otherwise stated and will be charged at a separate rate.

Photography

 

Scope of Work

• Photography coverage (Basic equipment package)

  • 1x Camera​

  • 1x Lens

  • 1x Flash

• Brightness, contrast, saturation, and color editing

• ​30–60 edited photos per hour of shoot

• High-resolution JPEGs delivered via Online Download Link within 5 working days

Rates

Up to 2 hours: $400

3 hours: $570

4+ hours: $170/hour​

Add-ons

• Submission of unedited High Res JPEG photos: $120

• Expedited Photo Highlight (10-15 Photos within 24 hours): $200

• Expedited Photo Edits (All photos within 24 hours): $350

• Expedited Photo Edits (All photos within 3 days): $250

• Additional equipment requirements will be quoted separately.​​​​​

• Above services are rates for MICE, events, lifestyle, product launches, behind-the-scenes (BTS). Any studio or staged photography is charged at a separate rate.

Video Editing

​Video editing rates are highly dependent on several project factors.

 

Such factors include

• Type and style of video content

• Project complexity

• Duration

• Total number of deliverables & formats​

• Revisions

• Music requirements

• Voiceovers requirements

• Stock footage requirements

• Subtitling / Captioning

• Turnaround time​

Rates will be tailored based on the details of the project.

 

A rough guide would be a cost of $700 / Day of work or as an example below

• Editing, royalty-free music, basic color grading, basic titles (lower thirds), 

• 2-rounds of revisions​

Deliverables

• 1 x up to 60s video, 16x9

• Delivery in 1 aspect ratio
